Post 16 Offering
Supporting next steps to adulthood
Post 16 offerings at Flourish at The Farm focus on supporting students with a variety of additional needs including social, emotional and neurological challenges, Autism and ADHD. We work closely with students to achieve certifications, qualifications, and life skills in a wide variety of practical and academic pursuits.
Every student will leave with a well-rounded portfolio of evidence-based achievements formally recorded in a Record of Achievement that will support their transition into the working world and adulthood.

Our key objective is to ensure our students become more independent in their personal life, whilst developing new practical and social skill-sets that will support their progression from adolescence to adulthood.
